When placing a gift certificate order, you can have it sent directly to the recipient by using their information for the shipping address. If you are having the gift certificate sent to you, please include the recipient's name in the special instructions box (that insure's that we can link the gift certificate to their name in our computer, which makes it easier for them to redeem). If you would like us to personalize the gift certificate, please let us know in the special instructions box if it is for a birthday, holiday, thank you, christmas, etc.
Please note all gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are transferable if you wish to give it to someone else. They expire one year from the date of purchase. It is recommended that you call at least one month in advance of the expiration date to ensure that you can book a time that works for you. Our no show and cancellation policy are the same for gift certificate use.
